June Real Estate Update

Hi Friends,

The sunshine has finally arrived and if you’re anything like us, you’re feeling the pull to spend more time outside—enjoying some of the gorgeous places, trails and fun events that are so abundant here in the Bay Area.

Here are a few fun, fresh-air favorites to add to your list:

⛴️ Take the Ferry to SF–Ferry Plaza Farmers Market – Ride the ferry across the Bay and into the city, then stroll the SF Ferry Terminal Farmers Market (Tues, Thurs or Saturday) for fresh finds and unbeatable bay views. Even if you don’t feel like shopping, it’s lovely to hang out and eat at one of the many delicious spots–like Lunette, the Khmer/Cambodian eatery run by our local Chef’s Table superstar Nite Yun.

🍓 Cherry and Berry Picking– Head out for a sweet day of U-pick cherries, strawberries, blueberries or raspberries at local family farms. A perfect outing for all ages, our friends at 510 Families have a great berry picking guide to check out, including some organic farms. If you decide to go, here are a few recipes to try with the spoils: galettes, cobbler, and even berry shrubs to spruce up your cocktails.

🌊 Lake Fest Oakland - Celebrate community, music, and sunshine by the lake. It’s vibrant, local, and totally free.

🥾 East Bay Hikes with Views - It’s always a great time to support our East Bay Parks with miles of incredible trails to explore and inspiring vistas to enjoy.
